COVER Required for Support
FREE technical and sales support will be provided only if you have valid COVER for the current major version of our software - SIDRA INTERSECTION 9 and SIDRA TRIP 1.1. A reasonable amount of technical support is provided but this does not include assistance in the normal use of the software such as coding of input from an intersection plan.
For Technical Support Requests
If you have a problem with software input and output, please compress and attach the SIDRA INTERSECTION Project file (*.sip9) or SIDRA TRIP Profile file (*.aam) as a .zip file.
Please describe your problem succinctly and include any error messages reported by the program or your computer. If it is computer related, please provide the following Operating System details: Windows 10, 8.1, 8 or 7, Service Pack version (if Windows 7) and 32-bit or 64-bit version.
