- Log in to your SUPPORT Account.
- You will initially be directed to the SUPPORT homepage, click [EDIT PROFILE], which is located on the top navigation bar.
- Under CHANGE PASSWORD, enter your current password (the one you used to log in to your SUPPORT Account).
- Type in your new password on the second and again on the third line.
- Click [CHANGE PASSWORD]
- You will be redirected to the login page on the SUPPORT Site where you will need to enter your email address and new password to log back in.
