Editing your SUPPORT Account profile. Once you have logged in to your SUPPORT Account, you can edit or add information about you. Follow these instructions to edit your profile.

1. Log in to your SUPPORT Account
2. You will initially be directed to the SUPPORT homepage, click [EDIT PROFILE], which is on the top navigation bar
3. From here, you can change or add details to your name, title, phone number or even add a profile picture. For all changes or additions made, make sure you click the [SAVE CHANGES] button to save this information.
