Please note that you have two separate SIDRA accounts, please do not be confused between the two:


STORE Account - You can download the software, review the status of your licence/s, update your contact details and purchase COVER renewal through your STORE Account.

SUPPORT Account - You can communicate with us regarding any aspect of your licence, obtain priority technical support and view our RESOURCES pages through your SUPPORT Account.
