Follow these steps to change your STORE Account password. 

Step 1: Go to your STORE ACCOUNT homepage.

• To access the homepage, click on the STORE ACCOUNT link that appears in the STORE menu located at the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Forgot your Password

• On the Login Page, click on 'Forgot your Password?'

Step 3: Reset Customer Password For Account and License Information

• Enter your email address then click 'Submit'.

Step 4: Password Reset Request

• Go to the email you have just received called 'Password Reset Request'. Don't forget to check your Junk mailbox if you have not received it. 
• Click on the link in the email.

Step 5: Change Password

• The link in the email will take you to the 'Change Password' page. From here you can generate a new password or create your own. 
• Click Submit to change the password.
